A Taste of Jazz Catering, LLC is your neighborhood Catering Company, cooking all your favorites with a hip new spin on New Orleans cuisine. A Taste of Jazz Catering, LLC was inspired by cooking techniques from my grandmother Pearl “Pee Taa” Page. My grandmother was a maid for the Brennan Family owners of Commander’s Palace (5- Star) Restaurant serving the family for over 25 years.  Commander’s Palace Restaurant produce some of the greatest chefs in the country Emeril Lagasse and our favorite the late Chef Paul Prudhomme. 

 

My grandmother exposed me to all this great food and how to prepare meals as a kid and young adult. A Taste of Jazz is ready to share these culinary delights from New Orleans inspired by great Louisiana Chefs and bringing this unique food to Georgia. 

 

A Taste of Jazz Catering, LLC is not used as a marketing tool to promote New Orleans cuisine, we are New Orleans, Gumbo, Shrimp Linguine, Red Beans & Rice, Shrimp Creole and so much more….
